Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy and to provide exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the items to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used.


In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase and require a refund, subject to acceptance, we will issue a credit to the original payment method less the shipping cost. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days.


The fastest way to exchange a product is to place a new order and return your original purchase. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you will receive your new product quickly and that it will not go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. If you choose to exchange your order, it will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of your item and the completed Returns/Exchange Form.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember to keep your postage receipt, in the event your package does not reach us.
